Chicken roulade stuffed with mozzarella
Instructions
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes
Put the chicken fillets stretched over a work axis.
Meanwhile, heat the oven to 180°.
In a bowl mix garlic, basil, olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper. Then begin to prepare chicken rolls with a slice of ham, a little chopped veggies and a slice of mozzarella on top.
Roll the stuffed chicken breasts, cover them with a toothpick and arrange on a baking dish with about the rest of the vegetables and mushrooms cut trite.
Grease with a little oil and place in oven for 15 minutes.
Then remove from the oven, bathed with the broth and continue cooking for another 15-20 minutes.
Spread the rest of the fresh parsley and serve the dish hot.

- 1 chicken breast cut into slices about 4 lines from the butcher
- 1 clove of chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 6 cl olive oil
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 4 slices of parma ham
- 4 slices of mozzarella
- 16 fresh mushrooms
- 12 cl chicken soup made with nuts
- salt
- shredded pepper
