Gourmet stuffed Panettone
Instructions
You can prepare in the thermomix planetary or even by hand, and possibly also in the Breadmaker.
Combine in a bowl the flour, sugar, yeast, milk, cheese and eggs and begin to knead; After a few minutes add the soft butter, but not melted, and salt. Work until you stick to fingers. Let it rise for an hour and a half covered with film in the same Bowl.
After this time, deflate and place it in the mould of paper or in a high and narrow Pan (you can also raise and cook in a pot of high and narrow steel) and let rise until doubled again. Meanwhile, to preheat the oven to 180°. Bake for 40 minutes.
Once cooked let it cool then cool completely on a wire rack for pastry chef.
Prepare it the day before, so that you can more easily cut or prepare it in the morning to late afternoon are stuffed. For cutting are stuffed into many discs that will fill as desired. It reassembles and cut again into many segments.
Sample filling: mayonnaise, ham and cooked tomatoes and salad, spread cheese and salami, Philadelpia tuna sauce.
