Rice with peas and prawns
Instructions
Take a saucepan and pour water, wine, salt and shrimp. Bring to the boil and cook for 8 minutes, then cast in another saucepan and strain broth. Cook the rice. Once cooked, add peas and shrimp.
Place the rice in a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley, supplemented with pepper and serve.

- half a glass of white wine
- fish broth
