Instructions
Boil the prawns and, separately, the squids, clams and sole.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon.
Blend the smells and the other ingredients with oil and seasoning, add salt and vinegar.

- 3000 g of scampi
- 1000 g of squid
- 200 g of clams
- 300 g of soles
- 1 sprig of chopped parsley
- 2 lemons
- 1 glass of olive oil
- Salt
- For the salsa verde:
- Parsley
- Tuna
- Anchovies
- Capers
- Pickled peppers
- Some cloves of garlic
- Few drops of wine vinegar
