Instructions

Check the beans and cook them in salted water for 30 minutes.

In a pan put half a cup of olive oil, a clove of chopped garlic, chopped tomatoes, parsley and simmer for 10 minutes.

Then add the green beans and a little salt and a pinch of pepper.

Serve with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
