Tomato slices
Instructions
Saute the garlic in a pan with oil; Add the tomatoes, season with salt and cook the sauce.
Lay the slices in the Pan and meat they cooking pinwheels from both sides and adjust salt.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

- 4 veal slices
- 250 g of peeled tomatoes
