Slices in sauce
Instructions
Saute chopped celery and onion with a little olive oil, then add the tomato, garlic and chopped parsley and chopped anchovies.
Sprinkle with salt and bake covered for 20 minutes.
Melt a knob of butter, then add the slices of lightly salted meat and cook 5 minutes on each side.
Remove the meat, remove the bottom and dilute it with a few tablespoons of wine.
Combine the meat and the sauce and cook for 5 minutes.

- 400 g of flesh sliced beef
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 onion
- Parsley
- 200 g of tomato
- White wine
- Broth
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 anchovy fillets in olive oil
