Beef with onions
Instructions
Peel the onions, slice them the veil and let them slowly wilt in 3 tablespoons of oil and 20 g of butter.
Season with salt and let it cook for 15 minutes, covered, if necessary, 1 or 2 tablespoons of water.
When the onions are transparent, add the diced beef.
Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
Add salt, add 1 cup of white wine and 1 small glass of marsala, season with 1 teaspoon of vinegar and parsley, washed, chopped and continue cooking for about 10 minutes.

- 350 g of boiled beef
- 2 large white onions
- 1 glass white wine
- 1 dram of marsala wine
- 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
- Parsley
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 20 g of butter
- Salt
