Green potatoes
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces not too big.
Blanch for 10 minutes in boiling salted water and drain.
Rub a baking dish with garlic and grease it.
Arrange potatoes in a single layer, cover with broth and butter did melt.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and pass in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Chop the parsley and mix with salt, pepper and 5 tablespoons oil.
Pour this sauce over the potatoes before serving.
