Chicken with almonds
Instructions
Pass the chicken thighs in flour, then fried in plenty of oil.
Add the chopped onion and two cloves of garlic, salted, flavoured with nutmeg, a teaspoon of cumin seeds and crushed coriander.
Squirt with a glass of wine and a little water, cover and bring to boiling.
Before removing from heat add a pinch of paprika.
Pass the chicken on a plate.
In his place the olives sauce, almond flakes, one tablespoon of cornmeal, stir and pour over the chicken.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 1 onion
- 150 g of green olives
- 125 g of peeled almonds
- 1 tablespoon of cornmeal
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 1 pinch of spicy paprika
- 1 glass red wine
- Abundant of olive oil
- Nutmeg
- Salt
