Tomatoes at the marseillaise
Instructions
Wash the anchovies, spinarle and chopping garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs and a hint of spices.
Fill with this mixture washed tomatoes, cut in half and deprived of seeds, align them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, irrorarli oil, salt, Cook in oven for 45 minutes, and serve hot or cold.
