Instructions
Peel and chop the tomatoes, place them in a pan with the chopped basil, olive oil and a pinch of salt.
After being cooked for 5 minutes add the anchovies, capers, sliced olives, some hot water and simmer for 20 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.

- 400 g of type pasta spaghetti
- 1 cup of olive oil
- 50 g of capers
- 50 g of salted anchovies
- 100 g of pitted black olives
- 4 tomatoes
- Basil
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
