Instructions
Wash the squid under the tap, well wiping to remove sand.
Place cuttlefish on a large plate, ungetele with oil, add the slightly crushed peppercorns.
Allow at least 30 minutes in season.
Cuttlefish and grilled vegetables
Wash Eggplant and tomato, cut into slices 5 mm thick, place on a plate.
Brush with 1 tablespoon olive oil on both sides.
Cook on hot grill Eggplant slices 3 minutes per side, those 30 seconds per tomato.
Raccoglietele with a scoop, sprinkle salt, keep them warm between two plates.
Put the squid on the grill.
Cook 5 minutes per side.
Raccoglietele with a shovel, place on a serving dish, add salt, pepatele.
Season with oil marinade.
Sprinkle with the parsley leaves, washed, dried and chopped.
Serve the cuttlefish with vegetables and lemon wedges

- 800 g of cleaned cuttlefish and open
- 1 long Eggplant (200 g)
- 1 tomato
- olive oil
- 8 peppercorns
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 4 slices of lemon
- 1 sprinkling of pepper
- 2 pinches fine salt
