Chicken breasts nocciolati
Instructions
Clean and sliced celery and carrots.
Cut the chicken breast fillets, sprinkle with flour and cook over high heat for a few minutes in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and where you did wither finely chopped shallots.
Season with salt and pepper.
When the meat has browned remove from baking sheet and move in hazelnuts as to toss.
Put the vegetables in the Pan: cover with wine and simmer over low heat, covered, for 10 minutes.
When cooked, put the chicken in the Pan, sprinkle with remaining nuts and cook for 10 minutes.

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 ribs of celery
- 2 carrots
- 1 shallot
- 150 g of hazelnuts
- 1 glass white wine
- 1 thread of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Flour
