Shrimp with Olives (Gamberetti con Le Olive)
Instructions
Let thaw shrimp at room temperature.
Peel and chop garlic and parsley separately.
Pour a little oil in a pan and add 1 garlic, Saute for 5 minutes, then season with pepper.
Combine the seasoning olive paste and stemperarla in oil.
Throw in a pan, Cook the shrimp over high heat for 1 minute and then spray them with 1/2 glass of wine and finish cooking for another 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley, season with salt and serve hot.

- 4 packs of frozen boiled shrimp already
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 3 tablespoons of olive paste
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Very of pepper
